AcquiCheck was built out of frustration. We were SaaS buyers who got burned by deals that looked great on paper but fell apart under scrutiny. Traditional due diligence cost $5K-$15K and took weeks, which didn't make sense for micro-acquisitions. So we built the tool we wished existed.
The problem we solve
The SaaS micro-acquisition market has exploded. Thousands of businesses change hands every year on platforms like Acquire.com and Flippa. But buyer tools haven't kept up. Most buyers rely on seller-provided screenshots and gut feeling. The result: overpaid deals, hidden technical debt, and revenue surprises that surface months after closing.
Our approach
We connect directly to the seller's data sources (Stripe, GitHub, Google Analytics, and more) with read-only access. Our AI pipeline analyzes hundreds of data points across four pillars: financial health, code quality, traffic and acquisition, and legal risks. The result is a 20-30 page report delivered in hours, not weeks, at a fraction of the cost of traditional advisory.
What we believe
Every SaaS buyer deserves access to professional-grade due diligence, regardless of deal size. A $50K acquisition should get the same rigor as a $5M one. We also believe in transparency: our reports show exactly what we found, including things that look good. We're not in the business of killing deals, we're in the business of informing them.
